Formatting Rules & Author Guidelines

Ensure your abstract and full manuscript follow the specifications below before submission.

250 WORDS MAX

Abstract Submission Rules

  • Word Count: Exactly within 250 words maximum.
  • Bilingual Requirement: Submit two copies — one in English and one in Hindi.
  • English Typography: Times New Roman font (Title: 14 pt bold, Body text: 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing).
  • Hindi Typography: KrutiDev (or Unicode Noto Sans / Mangal) font with corresponding font sizes (Title: 14 pt, Body: 12 pt).
  • Keywords: Include 4 to 6 relevant keywords beneath the abstract text.
  • Author Details: Full name, institutional affiliation, official designation, email ID, and mobile number.
5,000 WORDS MAX

Full Paper Submission Rules

  • Prerequisite: Full paper is submitted after formal communication of abstract acceptance.
  • Copies: Two hard copies (if requested for physical session) plus one digital soft copy (.docx / .pdf).
  • Word Limit: Maximum 5,000 words including tables, diagrams, and bibliography.
  • Language: Full papers may be written entirely in English or Hindi.
  • Originality & Plagiarism: Must be original unpublished work. Similarity index must comply with standard UGC academic integrity limits.
  • Publication Volume: Selected papers will be published as book chapters in an edited volume of IENT Journals / Swadeshi Vigyan Patrika / S&T Review Journal (TMU).
